State Conference Registration
Welcome to our State Conference Registration page!! If you qualify after District Conference, State registration will open sometime in late November. In order to register for State you must have registered for program, and registered and attended regionals. During the registration process, teens will be asked to upload their materials after edits are made from District. Please be mindful that NO edits or updates can be made once materials are submitted, so you must double check materials before submission.
We are excited that you have advanced to State, below are to buttons one for our High School YG Texas Youth and Government State Conference and one for our Middle School JYG Texas Youth and Government State Conference.

Prepare for State Conference Registration
- Ensure Program Registration is Complete: Before proceeding, make sure the program registration is fully completed, including:
- Completed Payment
- Completed Parental/Program Authorization
- Ensure District Registration is Complete and you attended District Conference: Before proceeding, make sure the district conference registration is fully completed, including
- Completed Payment
- Completed Section Submission
- Section Materials Ready: Have all required section-specific materials ready for upload.
- Media: Media Assignments
- Legislative: Completed Bill for State Conference Bill Book; indicate if you are a Chair/Clerk.
- State Affairs Forum: Completed Proposal for District Conference Proposal Book; indicate if you are a Chair/Clerk, and provide details of your Proposal Partner(s).
- Trial Court: Club Team Number and Roles. If your school has 3 trial teams, confirm with your club and advisor which team is 1, 2, and 3.
- Appeals Court: Indicate whether you are an Attorney or Justice, and/or provide your Club Team Number. If your school has 3 appeals teams, confirm with your club and advisor which team is 1, 2, and 3.
- Financial Assistance or Invoice Code: If applicable, have your code for financial assistance or invoice campus payment ready.

Financial Assistance
YMCA aims to make programing accessible for all! If your child wants to participate and would like to apply for financial assistance please email your regional YMCA leader to get a application. Financial assistance is offered through local and regional YMCAs for families in each community. To find your local contact visit our professional staff page. Click HERE
Applications must be submitted with required documentation prior to regional approval. Discount codes will be issued by local YMCA’s to reduce the cost at check out. Contact your local YMCA to learn more.
